Whatever you call them, I need a set.
My kids (4 & 5) need to step on something to get in and resort to stepping on the plastic door sills getting in and slide out across the door jam (which gets wet and dirty the instant the weather does) when exiting. I want a set of side boards as I know these sills will break sometime soon judging by their flimsy design.

Has anyone made a set for their Discovery II? If so, I'd love to see some pictures to get some ideas for myself when I do it.

Just add a step to these

 

im going to out of exhaust pipe 21/2 inch OD sliced down the middle and sheet metal on top two halves blocked in then rubber mat epoxied on to top brackets to suite just throwing it in there

 

I had those built from a pretty standard set - they are about 1.5 inches wider than they need to be but they work really well
