Next to positive I used 21a, but I can find out for sure when I get back to my computer. I use that fancy pants neat scanner thing, for receipts.
I just made a quick mod with a razor knife to the provided hardware.
But on rain x one, I prolly could have done the same, but the hollow pin that came with it allows a small machine screw to thread right in. So I went that route. I have the rainx on the one I'm in (we r on trip) I will upload a couple of pics as soon as my girls go to sleep. My video monitor will not reach to the car and they just moved up to big girl beds from the cribs.

ok, I just looked in the spares box and I have my old rain x wipers so I can show a little on my technique. it may not be the same set up as op, but it was quick and simple.

the parts I actually used= 1st pic (there is some other application parts that are not needed)

the part I modified= 2nd pic/3rd pic

the screw I had was a 1/4" trim screw about 5/8" long(it came from somewhere on the disco, or I would not have had it in the box...original job was done in A.Z. parking lot in the rain ) =4th pic

the modified part inserted from the bottom=5th pic (could probably snap it in from the top and be done, but I used the handy screw for security)

I just pulled up my receipt files the icon was 21a it has the same basic components
I use proline 14-5 350mm, from pep boys as a, nearly, direct replacement for the rear (just need to shave a little plastic with a pocket knife, for swiveling)
I also have a sprayer back there for tailgaters.......I used a pump for my headlight washers.....so if need be, I can do a write up on that

good luck

not sure....does that little flip up part, not have a pin through it? does the whole cam thingy atop the blade slide off, with a push of a button and slide forward? i remember it having little extra universal type parts, like the rainx, and sliding the blade from it's holder/cam thingy. hope I didn't steer you wrong

When you flip it up it has the piece for a j-hook to slide in.
