DIY tips for Rain X Latitude blades w/ DII arms.
I found a 50% solution by bending the "C-Clip" at the base of the wiper arm closed more, and bending the metal the wiper blade is attached to at the ends to create better contact with the windshield. Still flutters a tad at highway speeds, so I know there's not a lot of downforce, but the smears of on the untouched portions of the windshield definitly shrank.
Option for cheaper replacement are the universal cut-to-fit refills which work fine and are <$4 each.

I'm using the Michelin Stealth wiper blades. I removed everything from the arm, widened the tabs towards the lower part of the arm (where it held the factory blade in place). The new blade is held in with a plastic push pin (universal body panel type).
