Do DI crossbars fit on the DII roof racks?

Do DI crossbars fit on the DII roof racks?

Title says it all. I can get a ladder and crossbars off a DI for $50, but before I pull the trigger, just want to make sure the crossbars will fit. Anybody ever try it? Thanks.

No, I don't think so, the d1 bars snap into holes in the side rails. The d2 bars clamp onto the outside of the side rails.
