Default Do I have a dummy Tranny Oil Cooler?

I'm replacing the cooling fan motor (just behind the grill). It's attached to a radiator looking device but I'm not sure what it is. There's no lines going to it that I can see. The A/C Condenser is just behind it (much smaller and down low) and then the radiator itself is just behind that (closest to the motor). With no lines going to this cooling device is it a "dummy" radiator that would normally be where the Transmission Cooler would be (if I had a Transmission Cooler)?

from front to back /electric fan/ condenser (bigger one)/ trans cooler (smaller one) /oil cooler if applicable (Same...ish size as tranny cooler)/ then the radiator/then shroud /then engine fan

Thanks. I'm gonna have to look closer for the A/C lines going to it. I did see what I think is the evaporator canister to the upper right. And the fins on the A/C Condenser are very brittle.
