Do I just need O2 sensors, new plug wires, a MAF, or all the above???
Here are my codes at 198324 miles on my 2000 DII:
P0135
P0134
P0161
P0174
P0141
P0154
P0160

All 4 O2 sensors are reading No Activity. I replaced all of them - along with the MAF and plug wires about 50,000 miles ago.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would check for any vacuum leaks, throw a can of B&G's 44K into the tank to help clean out the engine then using a good scanner, check the signals from each 02. By the way, what octane gas are you using?
It has used 93 octane 95% of the time with the exception being recently it has had 87 or 89 put in it a few times.
Does No Activity mean the O2 sensors are completely dead or can they be resusitated by the B&G 44?

When was the last time you cleaned the engine off. I Suspect they all have leaking oil on them.
But before you replace them, check to make sure the resistance is changing and the power and grounds are good.

and it definately has the signature oil leaks. I will have to look into that this weekend, and I guess see what all I can figure out. I did find that I had a vacuum hose that had come off and I put it back on this morning (I need a new hose). It's the one for the cruise control though. I couldn't find the B&G 44k so I bought some Seafoam and put that into the gas tank. I gunned it a bit up a big hill this morning and noticed a lot of carbon smoke blowing out, so hopefully if nothing else i'm cleaning the engine up some.
My exhaust has been smelling pretty bad for a few weeks too. The last time it smelled like that I replace the MAF and I think that fixed it.

Since you replace the old 02's, 50K ago, have you had a head gasket failure? If you dif that could slowly kill the 02 and or cats, if not then look at the 4 connections for loose or dirty connections.
I went ahead and replaced all 4 O2 sensors. Some of my codes went away but after 10 miles my Service light cam on again. These are the codes my OBDII scanner is readin still.

Should I try replacing the MAF, or maybe the spark plug wires? I read on here a long time ago where someone said most O2 codes are thrown by bad plug wires. Is that true?
