Do the Rover Saints have a recommendation for an engine flush product?

Personally from what I saw when I had my heads and valve covers off and saw the oil passages and drains... how much oil actually gets up top... not amount of solvent or clean oil in the world is going to get the rockers and under valve covers clean again once they get bad. Just my opinion.

Not to hijack the thread, but what happened to your misfire, after the HG job. Was it a bad O2 sensor?
