Recently purchased a 99 Discovery 2. Bought it in very rough shape for $700 as a project (and what a project it is)

I'm having issues with every single door latch motor not working. Getting 12V to the door latch unlock center tap and unlock motor wire but every motor on every door measures open circuit, so not a single door will electrically unlock/lock.

I'm less concerned with that than I am with the next issue. The rear passenger door and rear hatch will not open. I've got the door panels off and made sure the superlock is in the unlocked position and manually lifted the lock lever to ensure both doors are unlocked. When you try to unlatch the door nothing happens. It seems as if there is something broken between the latch arm and the unlatch mechanism on both doors.

I've pulled the drivers door actuator to try to figure out a way to bypass the locks in the other doors, but I'm out of ideas.

Has anyone run in to this issue, and how did you solve it?
