Default Door lock question

Anyone know if the door would unlock with the key say if the battery was tottaly dead
I’m guessing so right ? My fob is broken and I use the key all the time. Until I get a scanner to program a new one

Yes it will unlock with dead battery.

so why is your fob broken? some fob fixes like buttons or case are easy to do.....

the whole Eletronic part is cracked and broken the pins where you wouid fix the joint point are bad.
Not was my fault I always use to carry my keys in my pocket while working I do hvac and bending climbing etc in cold and hot humid days took a toll on it.
