Default Door locks and window quirks

Today, I received my Disco 2 with new turner engine. And, after a while of sitting before this rebuild, my drivers window will not move. The others do. AND, now my drivers lock wont engage automatically, but manually. Do these things happen in pairs?? Its just the little stuff thats annoying.

It might be that the wires in the rubber sleeve that go into the driver's door are broken... or the connectors might be unplugged inside the door. You'll want to do a little testing with a multi-tester to see if the window motor or the lock motor are getting any juice.

Good luck,
Scott

yeah, shop bench tested window motor. No good. Maybe after sitting for year and a half, some electrics just give up.
