that write up that was posted was not how i did it at all!! it was much easier than that. i cut at the radio then down the center of the piece that divides the radio and heater controls with the change drawer and the vents. got rid of the useless cupholders and slide the pice down then stuck tongue depressors in behind the slot. hard to explain, but you may be able to see in the pictures i posted. then i used a very small amount of body filler and sanded smooth and painted with rustoleum satin black. almost a perfect match to the stock black plastic. the write up that was posted was way too involved and so much unnecessary work!!
it probably cost me about 10 dollars in supplies and a days worth of work. i'll work on a better write up soon!!
