Hey Sayeed - 3,000 kilometers (only put in a month ago)... hopefully we'll get some good miles out of it though.

Michael.

I found a reasonable place in Austin to do the front Shaft.
Now noise folks! I have noticed some metal noise on low speed, when acceleration around 15-30mile/hrs. after that no noise. Remember I had an accident and was a good hit one the right wheel, had to replace the rim and Drag bar. I had the shop checked under. There were no other visible damaged. My question: can this sound be from the Bearing? Do you recommend replacing the bearing? what is the best way to check the bearings?
Thanks for your help

Default K

I was wondering if he really had 3,000,000 miles on it too.
Not really, I saw he was from the metric world.

km (lower case) is actually the symbol for kilometer according to the
K (upper case) is the symbol for kilo- (1,000)
The symbols are established by the Système International d'Unités.

But as is typical of the internet people have gotten sloppy (including me) and use 'k' for both kilometer and 1,000.
So 3,000K would be 3,000,000 miles and 3,000km would be 3,000 kilometers.

Now you all know something for the next trivia night. LOL
