Driver Door lock Home fix
Hey all. Couldn't get my doors to lock or unclock so I finaly pulled the door card and found that the shaft from the key slot to the switch had somehow broke. I didn't want to wait on the part or drive an hour and 1/2 to a dealer to hear them make me wait on the part. SOOOO!
Went to Auto Zone and bought a pack of cotter keys. Bent it around the shaft and used a little JB weld. Then I rapped it in metal exhaust tape. Works like a charm.
