Found this plug unplugged, I found where it plugs in but idk what the two wires are for. Any ideas?

 

Looks like the seat heater plug

 

maybe it's for another seat or stereo amp option? There are only 3 plugs for heated full motion seats that i have seen. Brown, gray, and yellow. Yellow is for seat belt safety tensioner.
This is passenger seat harness, but similar on driver side. The white plugs are incorporated into seat assembly,

What are the exact wire colors? I see orange on your picture but can't tell the other colors that are with it.
From looking at the RAVE manual an orange and white wire go to the seat heater module and an orange and purple wire go to the LH power seat relay

 

here are all the seat plugs on driver side, none look like the one above... (yellow plug not included in the control harness)

Yw. It has a small wire tie pin which is usually used for seat harness parts, to keep them out of way. So it is strange.....maybe there was an upgrade seat option for some years which was left unused?

Get a closer pic of the wire colors.......

I have an 01....I will take a look today too....
