Have you taken the door panel off to see whats going on? Mine was doing this on the passender side. Took the panel off to reveal a broken wheel that sits in the track. It was white and plastic, in little pieces. This allowed the metal piece it was attached to, to slip out of the track and stick until you moved the window just right to pop it back in. I can't find anything in the RAVE manual on repairing this and it's frustrating.

You can replace that broken plastic with a metal one. This is a common problem. Below is an actual prefabbed metal replacement, but at a cost of $30. Most folks just go down to Home Depot and find the right sized grommet and put that on. $3 and the problem is fixed for 5-7 years...

Cool, I'll have to do that when I feel like taking my door apart again. Lol @ $30. I think I'll take my chances with home depot...

jumper04, you will probably have to do the same thing with the back window and expose the inside of the door before you can tell whats happening
