Default Drivers side D pillar

How do I take this piece off? Top clip broke and flaps when I drive.

Few other things, I need to replace the drivers side A pillar as well. I hear it can be a bitch to take off, is that true?

How does everyone feel about taking the molding off from around the wheels? Seems to look a little bit cleaner

Bajarack.com now has the LR racks for sale I see, anyone heard anything?

Finally how are the Bottorf bumpers?

D pillar trim attachment bolts are accessed after removing the interior panel surrounding the rear quarter glass. My top clip broke also, so I pulled the trim piece, and epoxied the plastic mount for the bolt back in place, and reinstalled. 3 months later, the bottom retainer broke on the same pillar. It's not making noise while driving, so as soon as it gets a bit warmer, I'm going to do it also.

Urban Panzer has a nice writeup on the A pillar trim panel R&R for extending axel breathers: http://www.discovery2.co.uk/breathers.html
