Default Drivers window not working

Alright, this one has stumped me. My drivers window started acting strange. One day it rolled down and then wouldn’t roll up but about 10 mins into my drive it rolled itself up without me touching the switch. The next day the window worked fine. About a week later the window rolled down all by itself and I couldn’t get it up. I hear a click when I push the button but nothing happens. I replaced the motor with one I know works but it still won’t respond to the button. The motor and the track work. I really have no clue where to start. I switched out the window control unit (in the space behind the moon roof switches) and I still get nothing. All of the other windows work fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

not sure it is connected, but the horn stopped working too.

Check the wires going from the drivers kick panel area, thru the body, and the rubber bo to the door. I've seen plenty of windows stop working or act up if the wires get broken or nicked in that area.

I will jump into it this weekend and see if that could be where the issue lies. Strange as it is, I never thought of that. I tried the hard stuff first.
