Anyone ever buy from this guy?

its $130 cheaper than Atlantic British. Is there a legit reason?

I would get a used one. Rover starters rarely give trouble. I sell them for 40 bucks used on ebay and they hardly ever sell. For some reason, the Brits really know how to build a great starter. Of course they still haven't figured out headliners or head gaskets or leaks. I'll stop there.

 

Better idea go to advance auto or auto zone. Cant remember which one but it was rebuilt for 98$ plus core and lifetime warranty. Not all stores have them in stock but they can get them in a day or two. Mine going strong for 2 years and appeared to be a quality rebuild.

 

Why is it cheaper, as are most rebuilts, they come from China.
