electric fan - which years?

I've run twin 12" electrics for a year, one on stat (160), one on switch (dtdp, center off)
that let's me shut them both off, if necessary.
I was using the popular 16" 2speed lincoln (5600 cfm), before that, but it drew 39 amps on high speed.
Mine hasn't overheated since I removed the mechanical, including 5mph rush hour chicago, 90deg.
The twins draw 8amps ea, from summit, about $75, on sale.
(no shroud, close to rad)
I think the waterpump thanks me, too.(it lost about 5lbs. rotating)

Can you post a link of what you bought and can you give alittle more info on how the install went/is done and on a scale from 1-10 how hard it is to do?
Also pics of your fans would be great too.
