2004 disco 4.6l.. problem is p0130, p0150.. both b1s1, b2s1 shows (on scanner) 0.01v ish. (Lean) both b1 and b2 s2 steady at 0.90v(rich) . Car is running rich.. both s1 o2s new and correct. .doubt short in wiring since both s1 o2s show same and separate wires to ecm.. suspect ecm failure. . What I need to know is with key on engine off and b2s1 o2 disconnected what voltage is on signal wire on engine side of harness (from ecm). At ecm connector c0635 pin#16.. help please. .thanks. .
