Hi,

I have a 2002 Discovery and 2 days ago I couldn't turn off the dashbord lights nor the beam lights...nothing. I am turning off the engine, the lights are still on and when I open the door the warning sound starts as well... I would appreciate any advice, 'cause the road to the dealer is paved with bad intentions

Sounds like a bad headlight switch.
I would start by replacing the headlight relay under the hood, if that does not do it then I have to guess at the switch being bad.
