Default Engine Ground Cable/Strap

I can not for the life of me find the part number for this ground. Goes from driver side (US) back of the head to the firewall. Looks like a metal ribbon.

It's on a 2004 Land Rover Discovery, anyone know where to get one?

TIA

Do you need that specific grounding strap or can you just build a grounding cable?

Just get a universal braided ground strap.
There are many options/sizes...Pick the length you need, and have at it >

Any auto parts store should have plenty of that kind of thing in stock. Doesn't have to be a strap like the factory one, but should even have some of those in stock. Maybe universal, maybe made for another vehicle. Doesn't much matter.

I’d like it to be OE stock, everything in the truck is OE and I bought a 3,000 mile 4.6 engine to go in it. It is pointlessly picky but I’ve used all genuine LR parts to date so would like to continue.

That's not really a "Land Rover" part. I doubt if it's available any more. Hell, you can buy 25' of the stuff for like $10 and make the strap yourself.

If you want pre-fab, here ya go.

X1 ............ or any motor accessory shop will sell braided ground straps just measure the length of the existing one first or better still take it with you.

Ended up with new old stock parts, bulk, shipped from the UK. Came with new zip clips, ground straps, battery terminals, and engine mounts among other things. Pretty nice.

Default need picture where engine ground strap attaches?

Where does the other end of the engine ground strap attach to. I know it’s supposed to be the back of the head but need more info, a picture would be great!

It connects to the back of the engine.
I replaced that old rusted braided cable with a 10AWG cable connected to the firewall.
