Try to figure out if the tensioner is working.
Put a socket and breaker onto it and see if it is springy.
You need to turn it clockwise. It has a lot of tension on it.
Use the bolt on the actual pulley.

Not advised to have the Land Rover Discovery II running.
Nice to keep your arms, hands and fingers.
