Alright, I got started on the fusebox

Is there any trick to replacing the fuse box?

I got it unscrewed and loose, but I can't seem to pull it out enough to get to the connectors on the back to get them off.

Do I need to remove that styrofoam straddling the steering column or is there some other trick to get to those connectors?

I was able to pull just enough slack in the wiring harnesses to use a 90 degrees hook tool to release the connectors.

OK, so it is simply going to be tight as heck, so deal with it then?

Any trick to keeping track of multi-plug went where?

I can see from the backplane of my replacement fusebox that all the connectors are unique, but it still seems like it will be a challenge keeping track of them all in such a narrow and dark space.

I started with the bottom connector’s first. Seemed to help with the slack of the wiring.
When installing fuse box back in.

Thanks for help/advice.

Got the fuse box out and replaced, but no luck, didn't fix my issue

Well crap!
On the sunroof issue I would pull the switches and see if they are having the same issue.

good idea on sunroofs randomly opening at startup, but priority is getting it running properly first.

It is very, very hard to get started, doesn't want to idle, then when it finally gets warmed up and idles, it has no power over 2,500rpm. I've replaced most every sensors in the engine management loop, fuel pump, ignition system (coil packs, wires and plugs), smoke tested intake (found a couple of leaks but fixing them didn't help with core problem), and of course replaced the fuse box. Only thing really left are the injectors and clogged cats.

ALRB, I am thinking cats at this point as rare as that occurrence is.

I still have the throttle body leaking at the shaft seal to do. Going to try and knock that out and test the cats today before the cold front blows in.
