I just installed a new Behr/hella radiator and the LR Brand (not motrad) grey-soft spring thermostat and my tmps are now high 180's-low 190's compared to 205-212 range. Still need to add a bottle of water wetter.

Just ordered motorad 439-180 tstat and new a new fan clutch. Fan clutch was not engaging. When it got hot it was still free spinning. Hopefully this fixes the temperature problems.

I put the viscous fan in yesterday and saw no temperature above 205 at idle during the heat of the day. I dont have water wetter or anything special just 50/50 mix. This compared to 210-225 at idle more on the 220 side. I just installed the motorad 439-180 Tstat this evening and I am hoping to keep temps under 200. After installing it and running around the block a couple times I let it idle 20 mins or so and got it to 196. I will bleed it in the morning and probably a couple more times and repost.
