Default Error codes

I am pulling 3 errors now and wondering if this can be caused by a bad gas cap? As the gas cap is hard to put in all the way ?

The middle one looks likely, what's the actual code? I got one from a loose cap one time. Twice actually before I noticed it was a thing with my cap. Can't remember the code though.

First one is reporting a failing cat and the third one is saying one of your bank two O2 sensors is on its way out. Those two issues are probably related, like a bad post-cat O2 sensor on the passenger side.
