I have a 99 disco 2 with the square canister vent solenoid. I got a p0455 large evap leak so i begin to check it out I've pressure checking all my lines with a brake bleed vaccum hand pump (see youtube video "how to find evap large leak") and it turns out everything is air tight. So I checked my canister vent valve (also show on that video) and its not working. So does anyone know where I can find a canister vent solenoid at a decent price or even a none OEM part that's compatible. I looked but can't find a thing. Can anyone help me out?

 

Could be a simple as your gas cap not sealing or a leak from your gas tank to the valve solenoid.
