Evap fan on at start up.
The condenser fan is turned on by that relay getting a sink to ground from the ECU. The ECU does this when the collant temp sensor crosses a threshold. If the relay is good, and the ECU is OK, it's the coolant temp sensor or a wiring issue.
Yes, the condenser fan, I was typing in a rush because I had got a call from the wife that the LR wouldn't start. I'll look into the wiring and sensor for issues. I didn't quite know what triggered the fan on temp rise, Thanks and I'll repost when I resolve the problem.
