Are there any aftermarket exhaust systems for 99 series 1
discovery? My rear muffler is looking rough and I thought
I would replace the entire system.

Just go to a local muffler shop and have them install a good quality muffler, save that $400 plus savings and spend it on gas.

 

What Disco Mike said. I needed a new muffler for my 94 Disco 1. $79. including installation at my local muffler shop. Disco's do not benefit from "high performance" mufflers in extra fuel economy, as all the engine management (o2 sensor) is located before the muffler or resonator.
