Default Fabricating High Press PS Hose

So I was gonna change out the high pressure hose but it looks like a pain because of the loop that runs in front of the radiator.

I thought it might be easier to have one made in a "shorty version" that eliminates the cooling loop. Has anybody tried this?

It’s worth a shot. Fluid may not last as long.

I owned an 04 D2 once that someone had made a custom hose or found a hose for it without the coolant loop. I never had any issues with the PS fluid on that D2. I only noticed it was different when I swapped out a radiator.

I used some 3000 psi hydraulic line and just hose clamped it to the already existing ends. Still holding after a year.
