probably an antenna issue. How do I remove the radio to make sure the antenna lead is plugged in.

there are two small slots on the top of the radio face you have to insert the radio release tools into those slots and the head unit pulls out. You can get the tools at any auto or audio shop cheap. Or stop by an audio place and have then release it, it real easy after you have seen it done once. Some peole say they can do it with small screw drivers but I have never tried.

 

i used thick paper clips curled in the shape of a "J", just push in a few inches and the clips lower. should pull right out with a decent tug.
