Default Fair asking price for a 2002 S?

What is a fair asking price for a 2002 S with 128,000 miles? I've seen some absurd prices on craigslist for Rovers in my area with body damage and more miles than mine. My signature shows the most recent work done on Bertha, most of it completed within the past year and a half. I still have the 3 amigos, a sagging headliner, a small crack in the front bumper, 2 small dings to the body (minimal), a couple of small tears in the seats, a squeaky rear brake, a low growl upon acceleration and a whiney power steering pump. The power steering pump is rebuilt with new seals but it does make noise. I don't have any add-ons, etc. Tires are fairly new (year and a half old), cooper discoverers. Any thoughts? TIA.

so around $2600 then .. that's what I was thinking. There are people in this area with 2003's with more miles and busted bumpers and major body damage asking $6000. Obviously they're still on Craigslist and not with the real world. I suppose it depends on how much you're willing to work on it or pay out of pocket to keep it reliable. Thanks.
