Default Is this a fair deal on an 04 Disco II?

About to pickup a Blk on Blk 04 Disco II with 60k miles on it for $9500. It's in excellent shape, no fluid leaks, no knocking or tapping, no warning lights on, with plenty of tread left on the tires.

How is it? Fair deal? Thanks!

Land Rover : Discovery - eBay (item 330545189422 end time Mar-28-11 18:15:15 PDT)

Here's a link to the ebay ad. I've got pictures of the scratches and dent he speaks of and they are pretty minor. And he says absolutely no knocking or tapping from the engine.

I did. Going to buy it regardless, but just wondered if it was a solid deal or not.

Congrats. I hope you enjoy it.

From the auction, it looked to be a nice find at a fair price. Let us know how it works out.

Check the stickies on this forum for "major service". Start ordering your 60k service stuff. You'll get to know the truck, have a good reason to go over it, and know that you have your service up to date. You're buying at the mileage where it's time to get started on that stuff. And it helps you to become one with your new toy
