Default Fasteners for C pillar trim?

Can’t seem to find anything online for these fasteners. I’m replacing the c pillar trim the one right behind the rear passenger door. I didn’t realize at the time I ordered that I also needed to replace the grommet fasteners that the piece mounts in. Anyone have any idea how to find parts numbers for these and other body fasteners?

Try to search for it here (all you will find is the number):

I changed both mine out and don't remember a grommet. Just 2 6 or 8 mm nuts holding them on. I used magnetic sockets so they would not drop down into the body (abyss).

IIRC, to mount RH side: DDG100381 and LH side: DDG100391 it takes 3 Flange Nuts ( MXC8807 ) per side.

Thank you! The flange nut is what I need. So I know it sound stupid but how do you go about mounting the new plastic piece onto the flange nut? Do the brass threaded bolts come off the trim piece? Trying to avoid breaking the plastic installing it wrong.

where did you buy the flange nuts?

So do you access the nuts from inside the body from the plastic trim inside the door jamb?

To mount the exterior trim finisher you need to remove the INTERIOR TRIM to get access to the nuts.

Re: the flange nuts (MXC8807) they are nothing special so take the trim to any local hardware store, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc and just match the threads.
Or just search the part number if you want to order them.

Are there any tricks to getting that interior trim piece off? Don’t wanna have to buy a second piece of plastic
