Favorite LR vendor and why?

Rimmer Brothers, LR Direct. Basically anything in England, even with shipping they are MUCH cheaper than Atlantic British, Rovers North and Lucky8. I used to buy from all of the US suppliers but the guys at Rimmer Brothers and LR Direct are extremely responsive via email and again MUCH CHEAPER. For alternators and such I would probably go with someone on this side of the pond, just for ease of warranty issues. But just hunk of metal parts I'll go with the Brits. Local salvage yards are a super cheap source if you are in a hurry and lucky.
Oh and Ive found gas caps and evap valves on Amazon.

for new parts, Lucky8. they support the community, so i support them.
i have called in orders and ordered off their website. they have always been willing to talk over the phone and their prices are good.
doesn't hurt that they ship quickly and i'm always surprised when the packages show up a day or two earlier than i anticipated.
for used parts, Paul Grant and Will Tillery.

I use Lucky8, Rovers North for obscure small plastic do dads because I like their micro fish style diagrams, Ebay, some Rockauto, Amazon and local shops. I have never personally ordered from the other side of the pond. I've bought a few things from Atlantic British, but they are usually higher priced. It's best to use the search feature on this site and see where people have sourced items, I do that a lot.

I agree with Lucky8! They are extremely supportive, I've always received free shipping (at least I think I have). They are quick with email response, ALWAYS send the correct part (which others have not). Even if the part is a little more, I will always buy Lucky8 first!
