Here it is in short form,
16339 Air blows from floor vents and defrost vents with HVAC system off. Found that in auto on heat and system turned off fresh air door will not close to prevent ram force effect. Cause air to come out of vents hot. Found that HVAC control unit bad will not turn off fresh air door

The dealer had the vehicle from Dec 9 until Jan 1 to repair this issue.
It's fixed and works properly now.
