93 Range rover: HVAC: Windshield vent has hot air, but cold air from other vents
I have a 93 RRC with 192,000 miles on it. I have had it for almost 4 months now an it came with its issues, but ran decent without much issues.
Now its winter and I would like to take it up the mountains for skiing. BUT, it does not blow hot air so the cabin is pretty cold. However there is hot air coming from the top vents to demist windshield.
Does that indicate a specific issue ???
Thanks all for your help.
Cheers and happy holidays.

I dont have a manual, so i'm working by memery but i did replace the heater core in my 90 RRC last year.
And there are 4 dampers inside of the heater blower box that direct the air to the different vents.
If you remove the pastic panel under the steering wheel and remove the panel around the radio you should be able to see if the damper are moving.
On my 90 they are manually controled by cables so it pretty basic.
But I got to tell you even with a new heater core and blower motor my RRC does not exactly pump out a ton of heat. if it wasnt for the heated windshield I dont think I could see out of it somedays.
