Default A few questions

Before I go out and buy a land rover diso (95-97 year range) theres a few things I wanted to know.
1. what should I watch out for when buying one of these?
2. What size mud tire can be put on them without having to do a body or suspension lift?
3. How bad are parts, price wise?
4. Do these year models have the adjustable suspension that raises the vehicle at the push of a button or is that a different model?
5. Is there anything else i should know
thanks a lot in advance

Default RE: A few questions

One recommendation is to pay attention to all the window seals/rubber, especially around the back window, and rust developing around the alpine windows. No air suspension. Rovers are expensive, but experienced mechanics seem to have a great time with them. In the Seattle area, the Land Rovers are on the same showroom floor as the Bentleys, so you might get the idea that there is some considerable mark-up in the service department! Good luck. Pick a winner.
