Anyone know if this is an orderable part for the 03 discovery 2? It connects from the breather box to the fender well on the drivers side.

 

I’ve looked into getting the similar part for my P38, and it wasn’t available. (But there are more NLA parts on the P38 than the D2).

just found/ordered it. the cloth/mesh material crumbled when I took it off...best not touch anything from here on out I guess....argh!

 

someone makes a silicone version that is well worth the cost.

Just last week got a pair of those and fitted on both my D2's.

Loveit.

IF I would want to have something to rant of those, it's the very poor cutting of the double sided tape on the gasket..
.. it was more like butchered than cut to shape.

 

The red rubber seal I had in the kit didn’t seal as well.
My simple fix was adding a bead of red silicone around the seal and all was well.

yet another flaw part on these things, with all the colling plastic bits they put in these things this is one item they should have put in a plastic flex pice, like most cars, lol unreal
