Default Fixed the Vibration

WWWoooooooHHHooooo... I finally got that pesky vibration out of my drive train. I figured out the centering pin on my Roto flex was off center so I got out a dial indicator and a sledge hammer. When I started it was .060 in. off center, when I finished, it was .006 in. In the process of discovering this I destroyed the Rotoflex through ware and abuse. The problem was the centering pin and now that it is fixed I suspect I will have a good life with it. You can see the cords coming out of it. New Rotoflex and corrected centering pin = no more vibration.

So you sledge hammered the centering pin. Can it be reused?

I need to put in a new rotoflex too.

Ya... It has a chamfered end. I was able to hit it where it would not affect the centering bushing. You probably wouldn't have to do that, just make sure your bushing is kind of snug "NOT TIGHT" and you should be in good shape. Just out some grease in that thing and stick the new Rotoflex in there. Pay attention to the arrows on the rotoflex as they are suppose to line up with the flanges.
