OK, this is good. When if ever was this truck tuned, were the wires replaced, what octane gas is being used?
First, the 1590 is a rough road/ABS code indicating your 3 amigo are on or come and go.
I am concerned about the shaking, is it from running rough or drive train, like our well known failing front drive shaft?
Get back to us.

Hi Mike;

The truck has not be tuned to my knowledge. I'm running 90/92 in the truck. The 3 amigos are present.

I had the driveshaft rebuilt about 7000 miles ago. You helped me with that then. I dont think its that. It feels like its coming from the engine.

OK, how mechanical are you, can I walk you thru installing new wires?
With that mileage you need a tune up, hopefully that will fix all the codes except for the 1590. I have a little concern that your drivers side motor mount may be allowing more shaking then it should.

I'm really not that mechanically minded. I want to be! Is this a good place to start? Or bit too much of a job to take on? If you gave me step by step instructions I may be able to do it. Would I need to start with the wires and then the plugs?

Send me your tele number and I'll call you.
I am concerned that you are probably way behind in all your services and this can turn around and bite you with a big failure at some point.

Mike;

I spoke to my friend, he's going to come over next week and we are going to attempt this job ourselves with your guidence if thats ok still? I printed off the sticky on here regarding the wires and the intake manifold, are they similar to the instructions you'd give us? If so, I wanted to read up on them first.

Also;

Bought the Bosch Platinum+4 but have a question regarding the wires. You recommended the Magnecors 8mm. I stopped by O'Reillys today about the spark plugs and while I was there I just had them check on the wires. They recommended BWD CH 7880SP for $46.99 ... any ideas? Or should I just get the magnecors?
