Default Flowkooler Water Pumps

Hey all, wondering if anyone here has tried the Flowkooler water pump. It seems to be a very well product comparing to all the cheapos we have used. I've had them ALL fail on me. lol. Next time I'm gonna try one of these.

I have one on my bench awaiting installation. I picked it up because of the good reviews on here, and because I suspect that I have low flow from the OEM one -- I have the waterfall sound from the heater every morning.

have one and just ordered a 2nd for a spare. No complaints thus far after a year or 2 or having it. Very nice quality compared to OE offerings.

That pump is in my '94 D1. Second summer this year. Happy with operation overall and particularly in hot weather and slow speed. No data to compare with original pump. Can't really tell if it flows any better. It has straight impeller blades compared to angled for the original.

I reinforced a potential kink point on the suction hose from the radiator using a couple hose clamps. The Flowkooler pump came with a warning about increased vacuum on the suction side, especially at high RPMs.

Been running mine for about 2yrs now. Nice upgrade that gives better flow and cooling characteristics at low rpm than the stock pumps had. In other words, they cool quicker with better flow at low rpms than the stock pump did, which is something these engines desperately needed to combat heat soak and other issues. Two thumbs UP for the FlowKooler

FlowKooler are great WP's. After you install one you will notice the increased flow because bleeding them after installing the WP = a breeze. Highly recommend them!

Impeller looks like machined aluminum (painted pink). My truck runs about 10 deg F cooler now, but I also made other changes to cool better.

For example, 100 deg outside, coolant reaches 200 - 210 deg F before, after 190 - 200 deg F peak temperatures.
