Isn't the waterfall noise a sure sign of bubbles in the system ??

Yes, but no amount of bleeding has been able to get the air out of mine. I'm hoping that the higher pressure of the better impeller will help.

I just installed one in the P38 and will do so on my D1 as well. Quality seems to be good.

The 'regular' unit pictured is a $40 item from Amazon.

Just noting that the FlowKooler comes with a gasket. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere when I ordered it, so I have a spare now.

odds of the gasket arriving safely is 50/50 haha so having an extra on hand or checking before ripping old one out is highly suggested.

park the car at a high angle ..... front way up .. .. rev engine ..air will come out .. sound gone ..
