Check engine, light anti lock light noisey radio, bad rear view mirror, bacause of auto dimmer. Cruise controll won't come on.

The radio has a bad whine which goes with the rpms.

There seems to be an aufull lot of wind noise coming from the drivers side winsheild.

go to an auto parts store and get the check engine light read and get the codes to see if it is something serious or not. eveyrthing else is minimal right now.

you don't need a fob. just lock it by putting the key in the door and turning it. it will still engage the alarm just not the interior sensors.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Rover ownership.

Is the master power switch on for the cruise?
It is on the dash, it looks like a skateboard.

you probably have a vacuum leak in the cruise control.

no. the windows only go down half way. there is no where for them to go in the door as you can see from the wheel arch.

Why in the hell does everyone insist the rear windows go down all the way?
Do they want their kids to fall out? Or the dog jump out?
Dont these people realize it is a design and safety issue? Do these people not believe in a/c?
Or maybe they dont know that with a Disco on the expressway you will get better MPG with the a/c on rather than the windows rolled down?
I dont know man, I dont know...
