Or maybe they dont know that with a Disco on the expressway you will get better MPG with the a/c on rather than the windows rolled down?
I dont know man, I dont know...

?????

Why do the front windows roll down all the way?

What if someone falls out of there? Why not make the car immobile unless everyone is buckled?
Why not just Tay inside all day? Where it's nice and safe.

Oh and that's whY window locks are for.

I like my windows down and feel stupid riding with wo halfway down.

Dude - you are in for a treat then. Some of the windows will eventually not work at all. And talk about feeling stupid, try stopping in traffic and having blue smoke come out the left side of the hood and white smoke out the right. I don't think a sole noticed the position of mt rear windows. Just a guess.

That just took me back to some good memories, i used to just keep my eyes forward at stop lights and maybe whistle to myself when before i replaced my passenger side valve cover and it would leak oil onto the exhuast...lol

Spence,

I never really thought about the windows going half way down as I had never had a vehicle do this until I got my first SUV with rear doors with wheel hump cutouts. Full doors on the front and only the half of door on the back for the glass to go down. My dogs actually seem to like the windows half way down.

Hope your trip finishes up OK. Hang in there. More surprises on the horizon sooner or later.

Almost forgot, pictures coming soon I hope?

Yep, I'm currently driving through Alabama almost to mobile.

Hate no cruise controll but I'm glad I'm still driving.

As for the windows, I come from a 4runner I would roll down all 4 and the back plus my sunroof it was almost like a jeep.

And my 4runner had the wheel well in the door, that's why there's that square peice that doesn't roll down, so tge rest of the window can roll down. I'm slightly dossappointed in that and for sone reason I thought the rear glass slid down too. Don't know why.

Good Luck, Hope you make it. If it gets too bad, just do a crash and burn on it. Just kidding. I like brave souls who aren't afraid to strike out on an adventure.
