Default Fog light beam adjust

Either they get a lot of fog in the trees in the UK or my beam pattern is way high.
I looked at the RAVE and it shows assembly and removal.
I see a white wheel (frozen solid) is that what you use roll it up or down to adjust the beam?

There should be a small hole in the bumper cover you can fit a Phillips screwdriver through. Turn left or right to aim higher or lower. That's how it was with my 03 at least.
