Can you use the factory fog light wiring from an 03' Disco to wire Hella 4000 Rallye lights? Do you have to buy the Hella relay that is recommended too?

Also what would you recommend- Euro, Driving, Fog, Pencil?

My stock headlights are already converted to HID. Not sure what I would pair it up with... Euro, Driving, Fog or Pencil? Thought about getting the Fog light style and installing a yellow protective cover/lens with it as my HID's are white (not blue).

Or is there another brand I should consider such as Terrafirma. Trying to get the biggest bang for buck... so cost is important too.
