fog lights burn up tail light fuse
When i turn on my factory fog lights in the air dam, the fuse blows and the tail light's and dash lights go off too. are they all on the same fuse or what. 98 discovery. anyone else have this prob and know what to do.
Mike,
This is A common issue. Pop the bonnet and disconnect both front fog light connectors. They are located right behind the headlights. Then replace the fuse and turn fogs on. If fuse does not blow, connect one fog, then the other. This will tell you which fog lamp is shorted. Remove the suspect fog lamp assembly from the vehicle and disassemble to find the cause.
Good luck and let us know how you make out.
