but when i get another jack i am just gonna stow it when not in use on the rig

 

well the duc lives in a locked garage. the rover lives outside. besides if i want the roof rack on the rig it wont clear the beam to get into the garage.

 

that just means you need a taller garage...

 

lol. If someone knocked on my door with something like that i would let them in and offer them a cup of tea or coffee. At that point the zip ties and black bag come out and i'm going to show them why I like my stuff so much. I will show him how the Land Rover Discovery can make all the way out to the desert with a zip tied man in the back....... =) j/k

 

To hell with that, tie 'im to the roof rack!!! He's much less liable to annoy the crap out of you during that trip to the desert tied to the roof rack.

 

Good point. you could just throw a tarp over him, and call him luggage.

 

I woke up about 3am, on the way back to bed from the bathroom I heard a noise out back so, I look out the window and see a pickup backed up to my garage and count three guys taking my stuff and loading the truck. So I call the cops and they tell me to lock all my doors and windows - go to the furthest place away from them and call them back if they come into the house - because all the officers in my area are tied up with a major accident. I said ok and hung up the phone, waited one minute and called them back - before I could say anything they told me the officers were still busy so, I told them that I was in no hurry for them to show up because I shot all of them and hung up the phone. Within what seemed like 10 seconds, five cop cars with lights on and sirens screaming plowed onto my property. Once I saw they had arrested all the bad guys I went out and thanked them for their quick response. The officer in charge asked if I was the owner, I said yes and mentioned it looked like they got them all, he said thats strange dispatch told us over the radio you had shoot them all, I said that is strange - dispatch told me over the phone you guys were busy!

It sucks to have freeloaders take your stuff - get ready - it'll get worse before all hell breaks loose
