How do you go about greasing these on a D1?

If you don't want to rebuild I would reccomend Tom Woods driveshafts http://www.4xshaft.com/index.html. You only have to drop it in. Big burly shafts with great customer service. Mattrickman, if you have the zerks then just put the end of the greese gun to it and squirt.

 

Take your grease gun, stick it onto the grease nipple, grease until the grease starts to come out of the u-joint.
Dont forget to grease the slip joints too.
